Allied Protection, part of Lakehouse, has been providing planned, preventative and responsive maintenance along with upgrades to fire alarms, emergency lights, extinguishers and smoke vents and equipment such as smoke blankets for Thames Valley Housing for more than 13 years.
As part of our ongoing contract we provide a monthly KPI scorecard which provides accurate performance information about gas safety compliance, resident satisfaction, first time fixes, appointments made and met, and complaints. The results are used to monitor performance and identify potential training requirements, ensuring that there is a cycle of continuous improvement.
